Kura-type vibration-damping rubber "model OS"
Effective for low-frequency vibration isolation! It is also suitable for applications with dimensional restrictions in one direction.
The "model OS" is a type of anti-vibration rubber that utilizes shear deformation of rubber in the vertical direction (Z) and the front-back direction (X), while utilizing compressive deformation in the lateral direction (Y). Compared to the Y direction, lower spring constants are obtained in the Z and X directions, making it effective for low-frequency vibration damping. It is also effective for selection when higher rigidity in the Y direction is desired for lateral stability compared to the X direction. Additionally, the ratio of dimensions in the X and Y directions is large, and the product has a narrow width, making it suitable for applications with dimensional restrictions in one direction. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes shear deformation of rubber in the vertical direction (Z) and front-back direction (X), and compressive deformation in the lateral direction (Y). ■ Lower spring constants are obtained in the Z and X directions compared to the Y direction, making it effective for low-frequency vibration damping. ■ Effective for selection when higher rigidity in the Y direction is desired for lateral stability compared to the X direction. ■ The ratio of dimensions in the X and Y directions is large, and the product has a narrow width. ■ Suitable for applications with dimensional restrictions in one direction. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
